1. How it works

1. Choose your gown and size and place your order; add your wedding date and measurements in the field at checkout.
2. Production starts once your payment is confirmed.
3. We keep you updated by email at each stage: cutting, sewing, final check and packing.
4. Your gown is shipped with DHL Express and the tracking number is emailed to you.

Total time: about 40 days of production + 2-5 business days with DHL (40–60 days overall).

2. Countries we ship to and DHL fees

The fee is a flat rate per shipment and is added to your order total at checkout. For a country or city not listed, please contact us.

3. Customs duties and import taxes

• Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): customs duties, import VAT and fees in your country are paid by the recipient.
• DHL collects these amounts from you before or on delivery; the amount is set by your country's rules.
• Every shipment includes an English commercial invoice showing the actual sale value; we cannot under-declare or mark parcels as gifts.
• If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the made-to-order gown is not refunded; we will re-ship it once the costs are covered.

4. Measurements and sizing

How to Take Your Measurements

If possible, ask someone to help you, use a soft tailor's tape and wear the underwear you plan to wear on your wedding day. The tape should sit close to the body without pulling; breathe out and stand relaxed.

• Bust: Around the fullest part of the bust, passing under the shoulder blades at the back, parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist (usually 2–3 cm / 1 in above the navel).
• Hips: Around the widest part of the hips, with feet together.
• Height: Without shoes, from the top of the head to the floor.
• Hollow to floor: From the hollow between the collarbones to the floor, wearing the heel height you will wear on the day (for skirt length).

1 inch = 2.54 cm. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Before or after ordering, send us your measurements on WhatsApp or at iletisim@gaonbridal.com — our team will check them against the size chart and get back to you.

5. Planning around your wedding date

We recommend ordering at least 60 days before your wedding (production + shipping + possible customs time + a final fitting). If your date is sooner, please contact us before ordering; checkout will also warn you.

6. Payment and currency

• Prices are shown in your selected currency (€ / $) and charged to your card in that same currency as a single payment through iyzico's secure payment system. We never see your card details.
• Your card issuer may apply its own foreign transaction fee.
• Bank transfer is also accepted in: EUR, USD.

7. Delivery address

Please provide a complete street address and a mobile number with country code; DHL may call you to arrange delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, and a signature is required on delivery.

8. Returns and defects

As every piece is made to order, the right of withdrawal and general returns do not apply. For a production defect or shipping damage, email us with photos within 3 days of delivery; we will repair or replace it free of charge. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 9. Contact us

Send us your measurements, wedding date or any questions before ordering; we usually reply within 24 hours on business days (Türkiye time, GMT+3).
