Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by the data controller GAON Gelinlik Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Gaziosmanpaşa Mahallesi Filistin Sokak No:2/7, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye) as described below. Customers in the EU/EEA and the UK should also read our Privacy Policy, which covers the GDPR.

Processed Data

• Identity: name
• Contact: phone, email, delivery and billing address
• Customer transaction: order details, size/measurements and order notes
• Finance: payment transaction records (not your card number)
• Security: session and website usage records
• Marketing: newsletter consent, only if you give it

Purposes

• Order creation
• Production management
• Delivery
• Customer service
• Legal, accounting, tax and customs obligations
• Information security
• Promotional communication, only with your consent

Collection and Legal Grounds

Data is collected electronically through account, order and contact forms, email and cookies. Legal grounds: conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f) and your explicit consent for marketing (Art. 5/1).

Transfers

Data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with our payment provider (iyzico), carriers, hosting and email providers and competent public authorities. For orders delivered abroad, delivery data is necessarily shared with DHL Express and customs authorities in the destination country to perform the contract with you (KVKK Art. 9/6-b).

Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may:

• Learn whether your data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction
• Request notification of these actions to third parties
• Object to results against you arising from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
