Shipping Costs
Within Türkiye: Standard shipping is included in all prices.
International: Orders are shipped with DHL Express. The shipping fee for your country is shown separately and clearly at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Türkiye: minimum 40 days
- International: 40–60 days (production + a few business days with DHL Express)
As every piece is made to order, the time starts from the date your payment is confirmed.
International Orders
Timing may vary depending on the destination, customs and logistics. Import duties, import VAT and fees are payable by the customer according to the rules of the destination country and may be collected by DHL on delivery. An English commercial invoice accompanies every shipment.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete street address and a mobile number with country code; DHL may contact you by phone or SMS to arrange delivery and duty payment. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. A signature is required on delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused, or duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the gown — being made to order — is not refunded. We will gladly re-ship it once the return and new shipping costs are covered.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email after dispatch; you can also follow your order on the Order Tracking page.
On Delivery
If the parcel shows visible damage, please ask the courier to record it and notify us with photos at iletisim@gaonbridal.com within 3 days.
