All GAON Bridal pieces are produced to order according to the measurements you provide and the size/options you choose. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28; Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ç)).

Returns

• As every piece is made to order, general returns are not accepted.
• Production begins after order and payment confirmation; cancellation is not possible after this point.

Exchange / Resolution

The following cases qualify for a solution after review:

• Torn item
• Faulty stitching
• Wrong item sent
• Significant production defect
• Serious damage during shipping

Once the defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or an alternative solution will be agreed with you. In these cases we cover the shipping costs.

Notice Period

To help us resolve it quickly, please notify us with photos at iletisim@gaonbridal.com within 3 days of delivery. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective goods; consumers resident in the EU or the UK keep the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of their country of residence.

Size and Measurement Disclaimer

Sizing is based on the measurements or the size selected by the customer. Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection, inaccurate measurements or personal fit expectations. Please review the size chart carefully before purchase; our team is happy to help with measurements at iletisim@gaonbridal.com.
