Products

All pieces offered on GAON Bridal are made to order and produced individually for each customer (pre-order); no stock is held. The main characteristics are described on each product page. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur due to handcraftsmanship.

Price, Shipping and Payment

• For deliveries within Türkiye, prices include VAT and standard shipping; no additional charge is added at checkout.
• For international deliveries, prices are shown in the selected currency (USD / EUR); the DHL Express shipping fee for your country is shown separately at checkout. Customs duties, import VAT and fees in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, or secure one-time card payment via iyzico. Your card details are never seen or stored by us.

Delivery Times

• Within Türkiye: minimum 40 days
• International: 40–60 days

Production starts once payment is confirmed. International delivery times may vary with customs and logistics. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ç); EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28). As GAON Bridal pieces are produced to order according to your size, measurements and choices, there is no right of withdrawal and general returns are not accepted.

Defective Products

If you notice a production defect or shipping damage, please notify us with photos at iletisim@gaonbridal.com within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective goods, which remain fully reserved.

Complaints

For questions, requests and complaints: iletisim@gaonbridal.com. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence. Consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.

Confirmation

The Terms of Sale (Distance Sales Agreement) are concluded when you confirm your order. An order-specific copy of this form and of the Terms of Sale is attached to your order confirmation email.
