Scope of Service
All pieces on GAON Bridal are made to order (pre-order); no stock is held. Purchases are additionally governed by the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Terms of Sale.
General Rules
- Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies to placed orders.
- Product visuals are representative; minor differences may appear due to lighting, screen settings and print quality.
- Minor handmade variations may occur.
- Production starts only after order confirmation and payment.
- Unauthorized copying or use of our brand, visuals and content is prohibited.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Fake, automated or abusive accounts may be closed without notice.
Intellectual Property
The GAON Bridal name, logo, designs, visuals, texts and software belong to GAON Gelinlik Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and are legally protected. Any unauthorized use, copying or reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages arising from the use of the website is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; for disputes between merchants, the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their competent local courts.
