All pieces on GAON Bridal are produced exclusively upon order.

How It Works

1. Order placed
2. Payment confirmed
3. Production begins
4. Quality control completed
5. Shipment dispatched

We keep you updated by email at each stage: cutting, sewing, final check and packing.

Timing

• Türkiye: minimum 40 days
• International: 40–60 days

Important Notes

• Production starts after the order and payment are confirmed.
• As every piece is made to order, cancellations and returns are not accepted; your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected (see Returns & Exchanges).
• Minor handmade variations may occur.
• Please add your wedding date to the order notes, and contact us before ordering if your wedding is less than 40 days away (plus shipping time for international orders).
