How to Take Your Measurements

If possible, ask someone to help you, use a soft tailor's tape and wear the underwear you plan to wear on your wedding day. The tape should sit close to the body without pulling; breathe out and stand relaxed.

• Bust: Around the fullest part of the bust, passing under the shoulder blades at the back, parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist (usually 2–3 cm / 1 in above the navel).
• Hips: Around the widest part of the hips, with feet together.
• Height: Without shoes, from the top of the head to the floor.
• Hollow to floor: From the hollow between the collarbones to the floor, wearing the heel height you will wear on the day (for skirt length).

1 inch = 2.54 cm. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Before or after ordering, send us your measurements on WhatsApp or at iletisim@gaonbridal.com — our team will check them against the size chart and get back to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Every GAON piece is made to order according to your size and choices. Therefore the right of withdrawal and general returns do not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c)).

For a torn item, faulty stitching, wrong item, significant production defect or shipping damage, please email iletisim@gaonbridal.com with photos within 3 days of delivery; the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or an alternative solution offered. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
